Where is it Located?
in New Braunfels, right outside of San Antonio.
Is there Electricity?
Yes, there are some areas with dedicated electricity. However we recommend bringing multi outlet ports and 100 foot cords. It's also recommended to bring a generator for heaters, AC and refrigerators.
Are there showers and bathrooms?
Yes, there are several bathroom and shower facilities throughout the campsite.
Can I volunteer?
Absolutely! Let us know your interests, where you would like to volunteer and we will determine how you can help.
Can I bring an RV or Camper Van?
Of course, you can bring an RV or Camper. You would need to purchase the RV space option which includes electricity, water and camp entry for 1 person. Any additional people in the RV should purchase an individual ticket for the event.
Can I be a vendor?
​Yes, contact us if you would like to be a vendor at the next event. Vendors are required to purchase a general admission ticket and pay a small vendor fee available on the Upgrades and Add Ons page.
Can I come sooner?
Yes, however there's an additional cost. Go to Upgrades and Add ons and purchase the early arrival. Keep in mind there are no official events scheduled on earlier dates.
Is there a refund?
All Party N Camp purchases are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your purchase by following the steps outlined in our Refund and Transfer Policy.
Is there a rain check?
Due to the nature of the event we party through the elements. It's an outdoor event and is pretty much an all weather event, so there are no rainchecks. If conditions deem we cancel, your ticket would be transferred to the next event.
